| World Congress Update: Nearly 300 journalists and other media professionals from more than 60 nations have already registered for the congress at Ouagadougou from 12 to 19 September 2010. More delegations from neighbouring countries intend to come by road. Mayor of Ouagadougou, Simon Compaoré; President of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications, Archbishop Claudio Maria Celli and President of the Republic of Burkina Faso, Mr Blaise Compaoré will attend the congress and they will speak at the opening ceremony. | ||
